This agreement is made for vendors interested in joining BlackWallStreets.store under the early signup offer. Please read and understand the following terms:

1. Limited Offer for First 200 Vendors:
   • Only the first 200 vendors signing up will receive the special lifetime offer.
2. Exclusive Lifetime Rates for Early Vendors:
   • Special Rate: 10% + $0.25 commission per sale (Lifetime!) + Monthly Vendor Fee: $19.99 (Lifetime!).
   • After the first 200 vendors, the rate will be 10% + $0.25 commission, with a Monthly Vendor Fee of $29.99.
3. One-time Enrollment Fee:
   • A one-time enrollment fee of $29.99 is required. This fee ensures serious commitments and helps maintain the quality of our vendor community.
4. Non-Refundable Fee:
   • The $29.99 enrollment fee is non-refundable.
5. Account Suspension or Discontinuation:
   • If your account is suspended for any reason, or if you discontinue your services, you will lose your grandfathered lifetime rates and be subjected to regular fees.
6. Non-Transferable Offer:
   • This offer is non-transferable and applies to one account per vendor or company only.
7. Vendor Vetting Process:
   • You must complete our vendor vetting process, answering a few questions before activation of services.
8. Adherence to Terms and Conditions:
   • All regular BlackWallStreets.store terms and conditions apply, and you are not exempt from any of them.
9. New Store Openings:
   • Opening a new store after this offer will require you to pay regular vendor fees.
10. Vendor Fee Post Registration:
    • The vendor fee will be charged only after successful registration on our website. This form is solely for availing the discount for the first 200 vendors.
11. Refund Policy for Non-Approval:
    • If you are not approved as a vendor on our platform, the $29.99 fee will not be refunded.
