All identity verification is securely processed through Stripe, a globally trusted platform used by companies like Amazon, Google, Shopify, and Zoom. Stripe uses bank-grade encryption (TLS 1.2 and AES-256) and is a Level 1 PCI Service Provider—the highest security certification in the industry.

We do not see or store any of your personal documents. Everything is securely submitted to Stripe, used only for verification, and deleted afterward in compliance with global privacy laws.

By participating in the Black Wall Streets Vendor Vault Campaign, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility
   Only vendors who complete all five Official Sign-Up Rules by May 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM EST will be eligible to receive Unlock Keys. No keys will be issued for signups received after this deadline. All vendors must be 51% Black-owned, 16 years or older, and complete the vendors  verification process.

2. Unlock Keys Distribution
   Unlock Keys are manually issued within 24–48 business hours after verification.

   • Free vendors receive 1 key.

   • Platinum Lifetime vendors receive 3 keys.
     Keys will be sent via email. If you do not receive your key(s) within 48 business hours, please contact us at:

     You are solely responsible for keeping your keys safe. 

3. Limited Offer — 
   This special Vault Launch is only available to the first 200 verified vendors. Once that number is reached, this offer and the key-earning opportunity will be discontinued.

4. Grand Prize Drawing & Redemption
   On May 15, 2025, one (1) randomly selected Unlock Key from the full pool of verified entries will be the winning key.

   • The vendor with that winning key must enter it by 11:59 PM EST on May 15, 2025 to claim the Grand Prize.

   • If the winner fails to enter the key by the deadline, they forfeit the prize, and another random key will be activated on May 16, 2025, with the same 11:59 PM EST deadline to claim.

   • The process will repeat until a valid winner claims their prize.

5. Prize & Recognition

   • The confirmed winner will receive a check mailed to their registered business name within 7–10 business days.

   • Our team will also feature them in an official article and interview, highlighted on our Black Wall Streets Articles Section and social media platforms.

6. How the Winner Is Chosen
   The winning key is randomly and automatically generated from all keys issued to verified vendors by the May 13 deadline.

   • No manual drawing or team interference will occur.

   • This ensures fairness, equality, and full transparency for every participant.

7. No Liability or Guarantee
   Black Wall Streets is not liable for technical errors, missed deadlines, or incomplete submissions. Participation in this promotion is voluntary and does not guarantee a prize.

8. Right to Modify
   We reserve the right to amend, pause, or cancel this campaign if fraud, abuse, or unforeseen circumstances arise.
