“Error! Your account is not enabled for selling, please contact the admin.”
Don’t panic! This simply means your vendor account hasn’t been activated yet or has been temporarily disabled for specific reasons. Below, we’ve outlined common reasons and clear steps to resolve this promptly.
✅ Why Your New Vendor Account Isn’t Activated Yet
If you’re new, your vendor store won’t immediately be activated. Here’s why:
- Seller Verification Required (Stripe Verification):
For the security and trust of all our valued customers and fellow vendors, we use a trusted verification service called Stripe Verification.- What you need to do:
Complete the “Seller Verification (Must Complete)” section at the bottom of your vendor dashboard. This ensures you’re a legitimate seller and helps protect our community from bad actors. - What happens next:
After you submit your verification, our admin team will carefully review and approve your store.
Estimated Approval Time: Within 24–48 business hours.
You’ll receive a notification as soon as your store is enabled!

⚠️ Reasons an Active Vendor Account Might be Disabled
Sometimes, even an active account may temporarily get disabled. Common reasons include:
Subscription Issues:
Your subscription plan may have expired or payment might not have been processed. Make sure your billing information is up-to-date.Excessive Customer Complaints:
If numerous complaints are filed about your products or services, your account might temporarily be suspended pending review.Under Investigation:
If there’s suspicious activity detected, your account may be paused as a precaution.Violation of Vendor Guidelines:
Not adhering to BWS community guidelines and seller policies can result in account suspension.Inactive/Abandoned Storefront:
If you haven’t logged in for a prolonged period or have abandoned your store, your account could be disabled.

To get your vendor account back in action, follow these steps:
Complete Required Verification:
Ensure you’ve filled out the “Seller Verification (Must Complete)” form at the bottom of your vendor dashboard.Review Your Subscription:
Double-check your subscription status and payment details.Check Notifications:
Look for emails or messages from our admin team regarding complaints or guidelines violations. Follow any instructions provided.
